At Simple Paws, we want you and your dog to love your purchase. If something isnβt right, weβre here to help β within reason and with clear guidelines.
πΎ Returns (Unopened Products Only)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unopened
- Product must be in its original sealed packaging
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
π Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please contact us at shop@simplepawsproducts.com with your order number.
π° Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
- Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to process after approval
π Shipping costs are non-refundable
β Used Products / Dissatisfaction
We understand every dog is different. However:
- We do not offer refunds for products that have been significantly used
- We do not guarantee results, as outcomes can vary by dog and time used

If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery atΒ shop@simplepawsproducts.com with photos, and we will make it right.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products not in original condition
